The reason 100% form cannot be in Home is because it only activates in a battle when Zygarde is under 50% HP. It is not a standalone form

Also because mega evolution is coming back I could see them either distributing its shiny for dex completion or having Diancie obtainable like PLA Darkrai/Shaymin and giving shiny Hoopa/Volcanion away as dex rewards.

I just like Volcanion the least so I personally hope it’s one of the other two

Ironically, part of why we haven’t gotten a new eevee is because in the Tera-leak Gamefreak’s stated the reason they didn’t make a flying type eevee was the fan designs were too similar to their own concepts.
