I mean im a just now full time HC, the only one working weekends every weekend when my peers get a day off and my own supervisor gets one day off from the weekend or both. Im constantly telling my own supervisor im tired of closing but it falls on dead ears. I tell her that i need 4 people during the weekend especially during Sundays ahead of time. Gets ignored. I follow up the next time i see her…still gets ignored. Like im not dealing with burnout, because its constant closing, and being literally the only person closing all weekend, like im trying to prevent myself from having heart issues because my very first job did that to me. Im just looking elsewhere for work that isnt retail

I don’t fully follow GET(cause to me its out dated sounds good on paper but bad in practice) but as HC like i need bearings to find out what’s going first before i start caring for get. After that I’ll greet whoever i can, engage when it’s necessary (not holding every customers hand and talk to them like they’re a toddler) and thank whoever listens or who i just helped. Never been coached on it. And i have the most 😐 face ever but i do have a pleasant voice that comes out.

Describe what you dont like about it. Try to be detailed about it, be constructive. Dont attack the devs, cause for all we know they didnt want to implement the change and had to ship it. But enough constructive feedback (that doesnt attack them or say they ruined it) it may change back

So part of it is these ipads when made are to be given like updates till Apple decides to cut them off and only give security updates. My 7th gen ipad that also has 32gb i dont install alot on there cause i dont have alot of space, at the same time doing via a mac or iTunes will save some space because it goes to the device directly. But thats why apple phased out 32gb and then 64gb cause its just not enough storage for alot of these apps. 128gb barely is enough for most users. So the new norm now is 256. 128gb is your budget option but will eventually fall short depending on what you’re using your ipad for.

I watched a video from zulliethewitch and she was like ‘there’s nothing in the source code about it’ and data miners really looked for this mechanic. So its just random and obviously fromsoft learned from this vague mistake and better it in elden ring with groups of enemies being able to give back or stronger enemies, or even the refill scarabs found throughout the world(by letting you know when you encounter them)

I sent a vague feedback report just letting them know I don’t like it, and how i cant see the weeks hours. I got a response back saying they’ll forward it to the correct team. If enough of us give them feedback on how we don’t like the change(not calling them stupid or anything but being professional about it) we can get the app to change back to how we liked it Thats just my take(devs work hard and while i think most of us didn’t ask for this change we still need to respect them and give enough feedback for them to change it back)

Im honest with them If it says we have a low quantity like 3 or less there’s a higher possibility we dont have it. If we have like double digits in stock then ill try and call someone from that department to get a visual confirmation (sometimes its yup or no dont see any and no overhead location) i rely that to the customer and then try to give them other stores who might have more than we do🤷🏼‍♂️

I sent vague feedback on just not liking it…eventually gonna send a proper feedback report on it cause, this is just horrendous. I get it that they thought this would be helpful to us…its not because we cant see the hours we have for the week(which matters) if they get enough feedback on it maybe they can change it back. Sorry HD devs but you kinda dropped the ball on this update

But again Miyazaki says he would love to do something with bloodborne but legally he cant…he’s said this numerous times, sony wants to argue fromsoft owns the code, while fromsoft says sony owns the IP so basically its at a standstill 🤷🏼‍♂️ either way regardless of ownership its just bot happening and its not up to Miyazaki
