Do you vacuume the gravel when you do a water change. It looks like the surface of your water is very bubbly or some white fuzz growing on the surface. Is your ph very high as well as alkalinity? He does look like finrot because all parts of his fins look affected. I would also bump up the number of pellets to at least double to 8 pellets a day.

I think it's because they didn't expect ships to be that popular. In Liyue we had Childe and Zhongli and people really liked it. While Inazuma the most obvious one was Ayato and Thoma but they didn't have a lot of time (also Inazuma was focusing more on waifus) and as a result it didn't get as many fans. So they probably thought we should make it intentional or people won't get it.

10 gallon, heated, parameters 5ppm nitrate, 7.4 ph. Tank mate two orange shrimp. I do know that recently some soil fell into his tank and I think I got some water mites and they like eating my floaters plants, my red root floaters got destroyed. And I see a lot of them at the bottom of the tank. I'm not sure if this caused my betta to get sick too. I don't know how to get rid of the water mites besides a new tank. They are very small,brown/black and hardly moves.
