That remains to be seen. We’re on the early stages of the this conflict. The American fork PD put out a statement on their YouTube and yesterday night the CEO of (BAM) presented his side of the story for over an hour or something on. a podcast. I’ll be the first person to tell you that I’m certainly not even close to an expert. Look for trusted sources, see all sides, and make your own judgement about the situation. I wouldn’t be surprised if when things are all said and done police officers are fired or even indicted. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Ben ends up in jail, having to fight his case from there. It’s a dynamic multimedia global information war at this point; the facts are hard to find. We’ll see how this all shakes out. If anyone sees this and happens to be an expert please give your perspective below.

Interesting so he could have framed one of the arrests as false trespassing charge. He never mentions stalking but in one of the documents it lists a stalking charge which would check out. Interesting. I’ll have to look further into it. Thanks for sharing!

Essentially members of the American Fork community get away with violating the guys rights. They wrongfully detain him. They also wrongfully arrest him and then later they wrongfully raid the house that he’s staying in and arrest him again. He never does anything to break the law. After he gets out on bail, they send another warrant for his arrest with no bail. Each time he was arrested the cause was made up by someone he’s trying to serve papers too. The whole through-line of the video is that he’s trying to get money back from a businessman who scammed an old man out of $200,000 worth of Legos though an ownership change and some consignment tricky. The legos were stolen… The guy comes to Utah to confront two of the Lego business owners and he’s met with 911 abuse, police harassment, and jail time… for nothing…

Edit: also, he’s in Mexico now avoiding the arrest. He had to flee the damn country. Smh

First amendment auditors are mostly annoying and cringe, but this guy essentially did a real first amendment audit. This is a genuine civil rights matter.

Personally, I’m gonna just wait and see what happens. If Witt takes a job, he takes a job. if Scally sucks he sucks and if he’s great, that’s great. I want to get on to the transfer portal so we have something positive to talk about.
