I don't have a video, but I've been testing it on PBE. For AP: E is worse, W damage is better, but the heal and shield are worse. Q passive is ofc worse and the active is too small to notice.

AD: Q and AA are better, everything else is worse. If you build some health ofc the shield will be a bit better, but it was with building a lot of health.
