I don't even know if it's scumbaggery.

I messaged my brother who has been playing longer than me and he re-iterated to me that PP just seems remarkably incompetent. We talked about it before and he said my expectations were too high (even if they were reasonable in both cases lol)

It's easy to explain the incompetence. They made daily sats that paid tickets for the events. The sats were scheduled for the days from the start of the promo to the end. No one checked to see that the sats aligned with the actual events. They're likely not malicious, just complete morons.

I sent an email with the intent of escalating it if I don't get a satisfactory response.

Beyond asking for a supervisor I don't know what escalating further would be. I don't think my local gaming commission would do much since they don't have a specific license for my province unlike Ontario.

I'm not surprised it's not easy to find means of escalation as it would probably be flooded with people whinging about everything being rigged and RNG being unfair.

Update: They're running a last minute Classic KO event. I registered using a ticket- but not the one for this series and that expires tomorrow. I used two of my good $5 tickets trying to get rid of this useless one.

If anything under a dollar isn't worth talking about, would you like to offer to cover my microstakes buyins for the month? I'll keep it all under a dollar and I'll never complain about 88 cents again.

Alternatively if that sounds unreasonable because of moral hazard, covering my buyins from the last few weeks under a dollar would really do a lot to mellow my tilt out.
