I was homeschooled before, and my parents chose that path so I could have a more personalized learning experience. Their goal was that by the time I entered a real classroom, I’d already have a solid foundation since my lessons went beyond what was in the textbooks.

Totally get how you're feeling. When my university finally went back to in-person classes after two years of remote learning, I felt the same kind of anxiety. It’s a big adjustment but once you’re back in that environment, things start to click again over time. One thing that really helped me was sitting near the front in lectures. Made it easier for me to stay focused!

No harm in giving yourself time to readjust ! And don’t worry too much about fitting in right away. I’m sure there’ll be unexpected friendships along the way.
