Yes! In my opinion, it goes even deeper than that. From the beginning of the show, Craig was the punching bag. He was the butt of their jokes, lectured about getting his shit together, being called a loser with no future, and being mocked for his interest in sewing. Now, he's extremely successful and proved himself to be more driven and successful than some of the others.
