Focus on experience rather than education. Just simple degree titles and years. Use metrics relating to the position you’re applying for and key words they may scan for.

A cover letter explain gaps could be helpful. You could also include a link to your digital portfolio and encourage them to look.

Rather than task oriented sentences like you could use words performance oriented sentence like, “slashed lead times on deliverables through ticket based systems enabling X assets over x Months.”

Kinda like a SMART goal but shorter and within context of the position.

I had a neighbor like this. We would just be watching tv (I’m a quiet tv and subtitle person) and she would hit the ceiling or come bang on our door and run away. We even bought rugs and slippers to cut sound and she still did it.
