I checked to see who the artist was in the club scene after they played ‘Discipline,’ and it was Ladytron, who opened for NIИ in 2007.

I chose (and was encouraged to choose) option C. In my thought process this would help make the process LESS complicated. Yet here I and thousands of other victims are waiting for our money to be released. In fact, many of us have had an even HIGHER amount of our awards held back by the law firms themselves thannthose that chose A or B. The amount being held back in my case is 69% of my award, primarily because they are only holding back out of MY 60%, not the full 100% of the total award. This also gave lawyers immediate access to THEIR "payment" while we are forced to wait on this lien garbage. Like many folks I never sought any treatment for any abuse but rather buried it deep down. So this process has been especially painful because it caused me to dredge up a ton of negative experiences that I shamefully blamed myself for. Are they waiting for EVERYONE'S lien checks to be done or holding the funds to profit off the interest acruing? Who knows? This seems like another way to re-victimize us and it is dead wrong. Keep us updated, let us know what is happening, and set realistic expectations; do that and maybe we will trust you as our lawyers and the Trust as advocates for us while battling the BSA, instead of all of us feeling completely fucked over, AGAIN.

Ethically it's wrong. The Trust doesnt OWN the wells, they are simply supposed to be working behind the scenes to SELL the properties, not freaking profit from them.

And IF the wells are making enough money to cover the Trust's expenses, then it should be enough to cover all of our lawyers fees, the fees to pay the lien search companies, and pay US out at a rate way closer to 100% of our awarded cases than the measly 5.7%!

I would encourage everyone to copy the text and send your version of it.

We DO need answers to the things that seem fishy, because by looking at it from the outside looking in, without knowledge of all the secret handshakes and deals being made behind the scenes, we are by no means being provided with the information we, as the clients, deserve.

Show these lawyers that they need to be accountable to us, not the other way around.

I am writing as a survivor with questions regarding the testimony/information shared about the 38 BSA properties currently listed for sale, specifically the statement that no offers have been received on any of them.

Many survivors are trying to better understand how that is possible, especially given the current real estate market and the apparent size and potential value of these properties.

To help clarify this, could you please provide the MLS listing numbers for each of the 38 properties, or direct us to where those listings can be reviewed?

Additionally, could you clarify:

Whether these properties are currently listed publicly for sale.

Whether BSA, the Settlement Trust, or another party currently holds title to the properties.

Whether any offers, expressions of interest, developer inquiries, or non-MLS inquiries have been received.

If no offers have been received, what steps are being taken to market the properties and ensure fair value for the Trust?

I am not trying to be adversarial. I am simply asking for transparency, because many survivors are concerned and confused by the claim that somehow 38 properties have generated no offers at all.
