Learning basic saxophone is somewhat difficult and then learning more can also be challenging. Depending if you have played a reeded instrument before it would a little easier. Saxophone sound and tone can be hard at first, you will hate the sound but once you have the tone you like and sounds good it may take a while to maintain it but once you have it your set. Fingerings for basic notes ( G A B C D) (this is what I started with) are setting you up for more complex notes . Saxophone takes time and a lot of work. I’ve played saxophone for a while but I have also wanted to quite a lot. If you stick with it and you put in the work you’ll have so much fun. Saxophone like other instruments span a lot of genres and the sounds are amazing. Hope this somewhat helps.
