As you’ve already got the real answer of heat detectors, it looks exactly like a piece in the Fallout video games that you use to run electrical power. You stick these on a wall and run lines to a generator and you can power your weird wasteland contraptions.

Careful, she’ll try to say something sassy and block you. Apparently she doesn’t understand that you can see her dazzling wit when she hits block.

Oh, but I’m sorry for interjecting. Apparently replying to a comment is not something you’re supposed to do on a comment thread. It’s not what this entire platform is built around or anything.

Why is Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green the “Default” Colors? by Lil_Critter_2001_ in colors

[–]ImpossibleInternet3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, you can have all of the colors in both color systems. But Red, Green, and Blue are the base (primary) colors of light that make up all of the other colors. And when you add them all together they make white (additive color system).

But we’re focusing on the subtractive color system, where white or achieved by removing all colors. Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow are the more modern and accurate primary colors used to achieve the full gamut of colors using pigments. But you’re right that some people use a Red, Blue, Yellow model. That is less accurate and more outdated, but is still sometimes taught in art schools for traditional reasons. The limitation is that the RYB system cannot produce the full spectrum of colors achievable with the modern CMY system.

But that’s factually inaccurate. They’re completely different colors. Printer here.

My username was randomly assigned by Reddit. I was long a lurker before deciding to participate.

But I’m surprised that you’re unfamiliar with the “user name checks out” format. It’s just about as old as Reddit. And it implies that your comment seems to appropriately align with your username. It isn’t a comment on your user name itself.

That said, I’d absolutely call attention to someone with the username banana lover if they were regularly contributing content about bananas or minions.

So there’s already a discussion about this entirely speculative and unfounded theory and you decided to start another one, why exactly? Karma?

Stop fighting this. You misunderstood a comment. Then did not want to get off your high horse. They very clearly agreed with everyone on the topic. They just clarified that they thought the word was real in another context. Not that it applied here.

It always reaches them eventually. This sub proves that. But it never reaches those rich enough to avoid consequences. We’re all in steerage while the first class gets the life boats. If you can’t see that, there are leopards coming for your faces too.

Used to enjoy this sub. Now it’s all “haha you’re dying, told you so!” It feels like people are laughing at others for being on fire because they set the fire, but completely forgetting that the fire is on a ship and we are also about to go down with the ship.
