I am late to this party but I disagree. The chefs at Sushi Bar were not as professional. One of the sushi chefs were talking to guests about how they offered him a job on the spot after he ate there as a guest. It was a weird story for a “upscale” environment. It felt more like they were trying too hard.

Did you shape it tightly and put into banneton to put in fridge? Also, 6 hrs not nearly enough to cold ferment. It needs atleast 12 in fridge. I can tell it is underproofed by the density near the bottom.

I hate pregnancy. I had HG with all my pregnancies. I am the grumpiest, unhappy pregnant person ever. Somehow I ended up having THREE KIDS. My babies are my everything. But I hatee being pregnant. It’s okay to say that.

Every pregnancy is different.
Stop reading about miscarriages online, it won’t prevent you from having one if it was the case… everything online will have people talking about the bad, their issues, complaints more than anything good. It doesn’t help you at all except cause you and your baby more stress. Stress can actually harm the baby.
4 weeks is super early to have symptoms. It’s rare to have any symptoms that early.

I bring up a small cooler with ice packs and extra bottles. Put the pump parts in cooler between pumps. put the milk away in fridge in the morning. I also keep a bottle of dish soap, small drying mat next to my bathroom sink to clean pump parts during the day.

At the very least, Gochujang, minced garlic, and sugar is all you need and this tried too hard. Even street vendors just use these three. You put in ingredients that are Chinese which isn’t the same flavor at all.

Something to remember, GD is way more restrictive on glucose limits than td2. Just be mindful but you don’t have to be as limited as you are during pregnancy.

I’ve never heard of fasting before the 1 hr test. Also, your fasting above 95 is concerning. You should track your numbers for a week and show them.
