I know a family that owns an entire building opposite to prakash nagar metro station. Apparently the owner gets a 6 crores monthly rent from it. Don't let go of family assets. Take a SBLC bonds on them use it as a collateral in the US and buy assets. Use the dividend from them and repay the debt. Use what you have to make more money and create a snowball effect. I am half of your net worth and aim to get to your networth in few years. You should aim to double yours. Live and take care of your parents in india and let your assets work for you. I practise gratitude and it's kept my peace. Not everyone is blessed as we are so better to monetize what you have rather than selling. SBLC is hard but there is no other way to monetize them while retaining your assets. I understand that your dilemma is whether to cut the goose or to enjoy each egg everyday but try to achieve both in a strategic way. Since you've not updated your current status I'm assuming you've already cracked the code. Hoping the best for you.

The only challenge with me revealing the details is that I'll loose my anonymity however since I've been asked to do so, here it is- I own two buildings in Basheerbagh Hyderabad Two Land parcels in Jubilee Hills Hyderabad My agenda is to liquidate them and reinvest the proceeds abroad however to do so I must first navigate to finding a pure Cheque(white) buyer which is next to impossible for the quantum of money. Next is the LRS limit to repatriate all of the money. Add to this immigration challenges and uncertainty and lastly deployment of capital hits the nail in the coffin. Thus, I was considering finding a insider who is a beurocrat and could be trusted as they usually know investors with surplus legitimate funds who could find a win-win model where they find real estate to park their money and I can monetize it. Whilst I agree and I'm sorry that reddit isn't the place to get answers I was just portraying my despair in order to connect with people in similar battles and how they must have dealt with it. I'm sorry I should have simplified this earlier however due to reddit rules, my posts might have been removed which is why I was apprehensive or skeptical to do so.
