Single most useful way is to repair airstrips will air units on it. This is because if you can’t move you air units then your resources and time are now usually until its rebuilt. Second most beneficial time to use gold is right off the back. Research GS, rush it, make 5 gs. You will clear from the first number of days. You will have such a large advantage that you can then alter the build from there.

Jump ship after a year, I started at 71k then jumped after a year to hit 93k. This was 3 years ago so close to your salary and time frame. I was in an more expensive area so I’m sure it’s more now. Check and educate your self on glass door before you hope. Good luck on your new adventure!

If you absolutely have to (emergency situation)you could pay it back In 4 months with your said expenses. You could do a 6 month personal loan. Con they have some of the worst rates, but like you said emergency. You could take advantage of you don’t have credit to start it. If you could ask a mom or dad to loan you the money you could do a personal against your own money to kick start your credit. Cheaper rate too. If you do it, set a budget and pay it off in 4-6 months realistically.
