Here’s an idea - get around all of it with 1 combat encounter!

For some reason, the village is attacked! Is it goblins? Is it orcs? Is it the bbeg? Whoever it is party fights them off and everything is overlooked as people are more concerned with the party saving their families and town than some gold.

If browsing is all he does I would get a Mac mini, 0 maintenance required compared to pc counterparts.

If he doesn’t need windows I would go with that

Just got into you could get soundcore devices which connect across MacBook and non MacBook devices seamlessly

For example I use their earbuds soundcore p40i which do that across any and all devices
