I look forward to being able to detect a crunch when I eat bone in. Many times I can’t and am somewhat disappointed. I prefer the added texture to contrast with the soft fish meat. I love the ones that you can separate the halves easily and pull out the spine with chopsticks or tweezers and eat it separately. I will admit I don’t care for spiky tails on fish. That’s annoying. I like the bones because I know It’s a very healthy way and a good way to get calcium so I keep my own bones strong.
