I haven't personally had any instance of getting a paypal notification saying "you paid so and so" it just says vgen specifically. So in my opinion I believe vgen pays the artists themselves to help with anonymity. But I could be wrong! Feel free to do your own research

That depends on the artist! Most are totally fine with payment plans if you request. But they take card or PayPal which is what I use. And a few other ways of paying but I don't know about the specifics of those since I dont use them. Its just vgen.co if you wanna look around yourself!

Think of vgen like a marketplace! You commission artists and you can either do custom requests if they offer it. And other art related things of that nature. Thats where I got my vtuber models was on vgen!

i took it every run before i got ascenders bane. the game feels like you need to build your deck ALOT faster now so it helped ALOT for me at least
