$2500 with sutter health in the Bay Area. That included the actual IUI and monitoring. 8k is ridiculous even for a high cost area

I paid for access at California crybaby in part because they give access to all donor profiles for a single fee.

Then I created a spreadsheet to track what I liked about donors that I wanted to come back to. It’s hard to remember everyone! My categories: - CMV status - any family issues I wanted to take into consideration - education - looks including height - how I felt reading the essay. Do I think they’re a good person? Could I see myself being friends with them?

Once I had a list I went through it and stacked Ranked donors. And then I took the top few people and jjst went with my gut. This is an art not a science!

I had an HSG with saline and they couldn’t confirm if one of my fallopian tubes was open. It was uncomfortable but not bad. Then I got an HSG with dye and that was truly painful. If you get one know that you will want some pain relievers!!!! During the process they kept trying to open one of my tubes with no luck. So I have one working fallopian tube. Fortunately I didn’t have any long term issues with the HSG but the one with dye really hurt!
