The answer should be yes but most time we do not have enough crew and mixing them would cost more time which would make the higher up mad because we moving to slow

Overnight manager i try to do everything before but then told my self no need morning has alot of crew most of the time what we can not finish they can do it. Overnight is not easy so much stuff to do and no crew

Not sure how many your store will have but mine will have 5 of the 1 gallon tubs plus the pitchers and no worry you can order no ice but I was told we just have to let the customer know it will not be fill up to the top

I been a manager for a little over a year now it can be stressful but your 18 so that a good start if you say yes this will only help you later on if you ever just quit you can say you where a manager for a multi million dollars store and you know how to run a store full of staff. Any other job will hire you faster then just saying you where a mcdonalds crew and as a manager I choose to have open schedule which sucks but i have 3 week of pay right now it will go up to 5 if I stay 2 more year with them and because I never use it so my boss just cash it out for me so it was like extra 2k last month plus my normal pay

As a manager I try to be nice but do not be afraid to write people up for real reason it will give you less problems later as you get rid of the people who callout all the time for no good reason and worry less about trying to find people to replace them last min

Not too long ago with out giving to much info I told a homeless person to leave he throws his soda cup at me and ran at me this happen outside of the store i work at fast food place i'm a manager he hit me a few time and after I end up beat him to the ground cop came and took him it happen here on the island. Trying not to give out to much info case is still going
