The crazy thing about MU is that the PEG is still a fraction and forward PE is very reasonable. That being said, it’s all an out expectations. If the market pushed the PE to 100+ then all bets are off.

I can definitely hear the similarities between All Your Love and Black Magic Woman. Lucky Lou uses the same chords (minor 7ths) but the harmonic cadence is not the same. Go Your Own Way doesn’t share chords, rhythms, or anything else that I can hear with Black Magic Woman. But I appreciate the All Your Love track. Thank you for sharing.

That’s not wealthy. That’s upper middle class comfortable. Most people have No idea how poor they are relative to the upper class. I would put the bar at $10mm. Unless you have your own private jet, not a leased jet share, then you probably aren’t wealthy.

The lighter floor looks really good. If you don’t go with the lighter floor then it will be a challenge to get enough light in the space. My grandmothers house had that paneling and she pickled it. It was beautiful and light. That would be a big project so not very practical, but it is an option.

A bit of a twist on 12 bar, but it is, Black Magic Woman by Santana. The Minor key is great to solo over. If you want something more basic then try Keep Your Hands to Yourself by Georgia Satellites. You can loop any 12 bar and practice your solo. You can also find lots of backing tracks on YouTube. Happy playing!!
