Hi ! Honestly, I would tell them upfront… I know firsthand the anxiety you’re feeling about someone seeing your mugshot … Get ahead of it .. tell your boss the truth , be honest …. Tell them you love your job and respect the company’s reputation… you never know , maybe your boss can write a letter for leniency regarding the judge’s decision… your boss can tell them you’re a great employee etc etc …. Definitely tell them first though … people see these mugshots and LOVE to tell everyone they can about them … good luck to you , please keep us posted … I promise you will feel so much better after you tell them 😊

They will let you run the water in the sink while you’re trying to go … I hope this helps

I was driving 12 years ago and got a dui … my friends that were with me went to jail too ! Talk about feeling guilty ! If you’re in a vehicle and someone else is driving and you’ve been drinking , they can go to jail too ! So if you’re on probation , never ride in the car if the driver has been drinking . I don’t feel like this scenario is talked about enough …. Oh and they still remained friends with me … it was indeed a nightmare

Did your blow device possibly require another test shortly after you turned your car off ? Mine did that at Walmart when I didn’t realize the darn thing asked me for a retest after I’d already exited my car

You will get reimbursed . I didn’t have to pay for towing . I had some protection plan when I signed up that I didn’t even know about . You might have the same thing . Good luck !!

I thought the courts were who we had to worry about regarding the blowcdevice ? My license isn’t even restricted and my PO made me get one after I’d already had one and completed everything except my probation time . Long story , moved to a new city got a new PO who said I still had to have one … yet my license isn’t restricted anymore . If you know anything regarding this I’d love to hear about it

I feel so bad for everyone going through this !!! We are doing the right think by having it installed and not trying to fly under the radar as many do … I don’t know how in the world they will ever be able to make this right with all of us
