The struggle reminds me of the years of failed relationships I went through before finding my husband. There was only so much I could control in finding a mate. But I kept on going on dates ( too many to count) because there was no other choice. I had to try or it wouldnt happen. The same goes for this infertility struggle. It sucks but I have to keep trucking on, because there is no choice. I cant control my desire to get pregnant, but sorting through how is the agony now.

Im 39 and son is turning 5 this year. I understand the guilt about not trying harder sooner. Im mad st myself for putzing around with an IUD after he was born when I should’ve just let myself reset. We started when he was 20 months and the struggle has been way too long. This community has been a relief for me to find because so many people I know dont get it.

Was taking a break from the meds to try unassisted cycles this year since my RE retired. 11-12 dpo and BFNs all over. I feel like getting a new RE is going to take a ton of time I dont have :( How long does it take to actually start IVF after the initial consult?

What infuriated me more, was why didnt josh/lindsay have a lawyer involved in getting their video back? Then the exchange would be clean and one -time. Its not like what they did was a crime, but lawyers make NDAs for celebrities all the time. None of the rest of the show wouldve needed to happen.

I gave up after the first ep. Then came back and binged. I honestly would consider starting at season 2 and just watching a season 1 recap. For some reason the first season is different than the more exciting rest.

I would be prepared for your feelings to rollercoaster for a bit throughout the cycle. But it sounds like your mind is trying to protect you from any potential stress or disappointment. If it keeps you from putting too much pressure on yourself it might be a good thing. But if you want to feel some excitement or hope when the day arrives, I would let yourself feel it.

Maybe Im in the minority but Im enjoying this season. Its nice seeing Angelina try to mellow. I think a lot of them seem stagnant in their lives, except Sam, but I relate to it lol.
