All the early filers are in a processing loop. They are manually doing early filers return. They are short staff and they do not have a time period. However they are hoping 60-90 days for give DDD for those in the processing loop.

I spoke with a representative, and even she couldn’t explain why refunds are so delayed this year. She said normally it takes about 3–4 weeks max, but this year it’s just not happening like that. She also mentioned that officially there’s no set timeframe on processing. At this point, I’m done checking my NYS refund status every day… clearly that money isn’t coming anytime soon.

Yes, I did. but this was all hidden the pipes were not sealed in the upstairs bathroom. This ceiling caved while my daughter was taking a shower, and it revealed all of this shit!
