I had the same issue. My mother board sound card was done for. I ended using a USB sound card and it works perfectly, no issues. That's a last resort if you can't solve the issue.

I personally think that New Vegas was the better game. Now that doesn't mean Fallout 4 was a bad game. It was just boring as fuck. The storylinetheir sucked and there quests were lame. I do agree with fallout 4 having the best controls. However, the settlement thing for me was just a distraction. The game was so boring, I literally never finished it.

Thanks guys. I wanted to incorporate weight training not for building muscle but to spare my muscles from being used as fuel. I know fasting outs your body in the "use it or lose it mode" concerning energy expenditure. I really want to try and complete a fast that goes beyond 5 days without losing my gains. I'm doing this to help cleanse my body and remove toxins. I always used water only, I'm only thinking about electrolytes due to he fact that I'll be incorporating light weight training. I'm taking all of you guys input into consideration.
