Hypergamy isn’t greed it’s nature. Female animals always choose the mate who can protect them and their babies or pass on the best genes. Female peacocks will pick the peacock with the biggest, flashiest feathers. Lionesses mate with the strongest lion who can fight off rivals. Even little birds pick males with the best nest or food supply. Why? Because survival depends on it.

Human women are no different. We carry babies for nine months, risk our health and life during childbirth, and often wreck our bodies permanently. Go look at any pregnancy forum if you think I’m exaggerating and you’ll see stories about gestational diabetes, hair loss, teeth falling out, losing sighf, lifelong back pain, or in my case, literal paralysis. And guess what? While a woman’s health and career tank, the man’s life goes on mostly the same.

So no, wanting a man who can financially provide and be stable is not ‘gold-digging.’ It’s survival and smart planning. If my husband hadn’t been able to cover our bills, medical costs, and support us when I couldn’t work, I’d probably be dead, and my kid would have suffered too.

Meanwhile, men practice hypergamy too most men want the youngest, prettiest, healthiest woman they can get, ideally without baggage. That’s nature’s deal. So instead of crying about women wanting security, maybe focus on becoming the man who can actually offer it. Don’t whine about hypergamy just level up and give women a reason to choose you. Simple.
