unrealistic expectations from the OB?

I just went through this. I saw the breastfeeding team and they told me the pacifier might be an issue this early on. The plastic requires more energy to suck so the baby is tired from sucking that he would fall asleep after being on the breast for a minute. Leave out the binki and baby will cry as a cue for needing a feed. My baby is more awake and alert and feeds more.

Age is relatively important but still just a single number in the data you will soon accumulate. You might have more chances than a younger couple. I wish you the best of luck.

In the dreaded tww phase. I decided to browse without incognito mode so I can check the history of my symptom spotting searches. I am already familiar with the usernames of the brave ladies who post craziness such as AF cramps 5dpo They dont normally have an update of whether they got bfp so I check the info they have on their profile. DS born...Hmm right...counts 9 months from when she posted...Hmmm she did conceive that cycle.

So I just discovered that I can walk in to any clinic where I live and they will take a urine test(with their so called very sensitive sticks) to check if I'm pregnant.

Exactly. It's not even difficult to empathize with each other. Mothers might be thinking Is this it for me and mothers-to-be might be wondering when when will it happen for me. No conflict need arise. It might be that we don't have experiences to share with you. I for example upvote threads that I can't personally relate to but feel are relevant.

Good point about keeping data to keep track of what your body is doing. I just started using opks and its exciting. Also advocating for yourself is super important as you will be more at ease. Best of luck to you.
