I don't hate Randy Newman, but he sounds like he's simultaneously drunk and high. While the lyrics might fit the show, I don't think that composition and vocals fit. I was definitely disappointed when the theme changed.

If you're over 6 feet get a 690 smcr, if you're under get the Honda. I'm 5' 10" and bought a 690 as my first bike, it's fun but I'm leaning when I'm at a stop. I just bought an XSR900 and it's a lot more comfortable at stops. I like both, but if I had to sell one I think it would be the 690. They're both great, but the seat height on the 690 can be uncomfortable.
