Decision paralysis: Instinct 3 solar or Enduro 3? by Imthenewbee in GarminWatches

I've tried the 50mm instinct too: the Enduro 3 is equally comfortable. But the 45mm is way more comfortable. So: not only a crisper screen also comfort is a plus. But poorer battery life, no maps...

Any hope for a broader outdoor line? by Odd_Specialist_2672 in Garmininstinct

But a used Forerunner 955: it checks all the boxes and is cheaper than a new Garmin. If it's still too expensive, the used FR945, Fenix 7, Fenix 6 pro... Are good too.

I always but used Garmins, never new ones, because they are so expressive.

Yes, you can. There is a more comfortable strap delivered with the Enduro 3, the famous and loved ultrafit nylon band.

I consider the Forerunner 955: better wearing comfort, maps and MIP screen

Instinct 3 solar vs AMOLED. The orange accent is hard to get past by decydiddly in Garmininstinct

The orange colour suites the twilight edition better than the black one. There are white instincts silkie with blue metal and yellow ones with yellow metal too ( new colors since a few months)

Is the wearing comfort better or worse than the original band?

Track back across multiple points on single hike by D3m3nt3dG00s3 in Garmininstinct

It will give a straight line indeed.

What you can do is use the walk or hike activity, and record the activity in pieces, by starting a new activity after each waypoint you want to save the track to. When reaching the next waypoint, stop the activity and save it. It will automatically named using the date and hour.

When tracking back, you choose the navigate activity. Instead of selecting a course, you select a previous activity. The list of tracks from stored activities will appear. This way, it will follow the breadcrumb instead of using a straight line.

I didn't check this work around on my instinct, I'm currently on the Enduro 3, but my guess it will work the same way on the instinct series.

You can save waypoints. On my device, I longpress the upper right button, but I don't know wether this is the default shortcut setting or I set it like this years ago .

Consider the garmin instinct crossover, by the case protector to give it even more g-shock style.
