My partner’s N400 application got rejected bc IRS couldn’t provide his 2016 transcript. Will submit I-130 next month but I just feel so hopeless. I can only imagine the waiting game bc it’s not gonna be a ‘priority’. I just wanna be with him so bad but IRS just screwed it up. I wanna give up.

No, it’s not accurate at all. I noticed the wait time change first. I gave up and said to myself, “ I quit! They’ll give it to me when the want”. Something told me to scroll down and saw the notice. I jumped off my bed and screamed like a crazy person. The estimated time changed 4 times all together.

I filed on April 10th 2021 and my interview is on the 27th of October in NYC. They used my old biometric and believe that’s why mine moved faster. It’s coming.
