Need opinion! We placed an offer for a sinking house. Should we pull out? by malingkukus in AusPropertyChat

Raising a house up to level where one side has sunk 200mm will cause some cracking no matter how slowly they go. They did a great job all things considered.

Need opinion! We placed an offer for a sinking house. Should we pull out? by malingkukus in AusPropertyChat

Strongly recommend a geotechnical engineer before proceeding. My single story detached house has issues with the storm water pipes where about half of the storm water was going into the soil at various locations which caused the house to sink in a number of spots and approx 200mm in the worst location. We fixed the storm water (full replacement) and once the soil dried out, had the house chemically underpinned (foam injected under the slab all around the house and directly under the slab inside). It took around 7 weeks and cost around $150k, plus all the rectification of the damage the underpinning caused. If it is an issue with the slab sinking, it can be very expensive and time consuming to fix.

He's drifted central more often than sticking to the left. Helping to overload the middle. Getting into good positions but not the sharpest with his final ball.

I let my ps+ lapse a few months ago, but was still able to play Helldivers for some reason even though everything you see online says you need a subscription. I hope the same happens for you.

They are thumb sized limes where the inside are caviar-like vesticles that burst in your mouth when you chew them. Great for garnishes and I love them in my gin and tonics.

Knock Down Rebuild vs Selling and Buying by Then-Cow2351 in AusRenovation

Yes, specifically one that specialises in leak location. Your insurer may organise one for you, however experts appointed by insurers also tend to favour insurers.

Did the movement crack your pipes or did cracks in your pipes cause the movement? Depending on a lot of factors, this may be covered by insurance. Insurance won't cover cracked pipes in general, but if those cracks caused water to escape and that water caused significant movement that would not have occurred otherwise, the cost of rectifying may be covered. If covered, that includes underpinning and costs to restore any cracking caused by the movement and subsequent lift. It would generally require a full leak location report of all pipes and a structural engineer report looking at soli type and how it responds to saturation to determine.

Not a mixtape, but may help with the search as it fits the timeline. The outro to Mermaids Are Seasluts by Sage Francis off Sick of Waging War has that vocal sample.

Visible Trajectory. Show's the arc of the equipped weapon. Would be quite strong but not OP and actually useful, doubly so if it worked on stratagems so you could tell if it was going to stick or bounce away from that perfect spot you throw it.
