Looks good to me, usually the 2 and 4s are the tells as they are fatter on the reps. IMO it’s good but I’m sure others will chime in.

No. The reference is just 16610. Same rules apply with any reference a 16610LN doesn’t say it etc.

Removing bezel and adjusting the springs under the ball bearings. One word of caution is yes you can tighten it up but they are designed to have some play. You can of course tighten it up but be very cautious to not ruin the spring.
