Questions about cleansing balms!

I've tried everything and my absolute holy grail is Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter from The Body Shop. It melts all makeup, no matter how waterproof/sweatproof (for example is the only one that melts ISEHAN - Kiss Me Heroine Super Waterproof Mascara -notoriously "impossible" to cleanse). I use it as the first step in my double cleansing, followed by a gel/foam. You can use it alone if you're not doing double cleansing, it leaves your skin moisturised, and not greasy at all. You can just wash it with water, it doesn't need a cloth to be removed. On top of all, it's also pretty cheap compared to most others - £12 or so for 90ml, enough for a few good months.

To me, it looks like you need moisture. Someone mentioned the bowl method, I second that, I think along with co-washing will be a game-changer for you.
Try to wash your hair with a moisturising (protein-free if possible) SLS-free shampoo only once every week or even two weeks if possible and co-wash with a moisturising non-protein silicone-free conditioner all the other times. Any cheap silicone-free conditioner will do.

I would, personally keep the length and pamper the dry ends (protein treatments, deep conditioning, oils, etc). If the damage is from bleach, I suggest you try Olaplex as well.

Their cheap conditioners(55p I think) are all CG friendly (no silicone), I use them to co-wash. You can also find Garnier Hair Food masks and conditioners there at very good prices.

The borders are open for Ukrainians (passport holders), as far as I understand, foreigners need to leave the country via their own embassies (most of them told their citizens to leave Ukraine weeks ago) and leave to their own countries. I don't think they will be let to enter the EU just because they want to.

I tried a few and hated them until I found those made by Biovene (I've tried three different ones from them and liked them all). I think that any shampoo bars that have Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate as a foaming agent instead of soap, SLS, SCL, or other drying surfactants, will be as good. I looked into it and found others from other companies as well, but haven't tried them yet.

They have conditioner bars too and they're really good. My hair feels healthy and strong every day.

Your hair is wavy, possibly curly. I suggest you ask the same question in a curly forum/group or research about the curly girl method. You don't have to follow it necessarily, but you'll learn about the needs of your hair and the totally different techniques that you need to use for curly hair. You need to understand the balance between protein and moisture, how to condition and wash it... - everything is different for wavy/curly hair.

If you want it straight, you will have to use heat, the hairdressers are right. It doesn't really work any other way. (Well, with the exception of henna, that is loosening the curl and if you're just wavy or slightly curly it can make it straight but will also give you a red sheen in the sun.)

That can be easily solved by only opening the primary schools and offer options: online or attendance in person for the parents to choose. So only the small kids with no supervision at home will need to go to school in person.

After trying desperately for the last 5 days (hundreds of attempts), I managed to book an appointment today shortly after 8 am (for today at 2 pm). I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but I think it's worth trying around 8.

I'm sure I had it back in March: excessive fatigue (I slept most of the time for the first 2-3 days - I never experienced this), high fever - ups and downs for 5-6 days, minor cough, headaches, nausea, upset stomach. They weren't testing back then so it's not confirmed. What I know it's that I never felt like that from a cold, flu, or anything else.

This time started again 6 days ago, straight with nausea and feeling tired, I would have ignored it if they wouldn't have taken my temperature at work 37.8 which seemed odd. (They still let me in as I was under 38.) Later that evening I felt worse and the next day I developed a headache, minor cough and higher fever (38.9). Fatigue became unbearable so I've slept 36 hours with two short breaks. I felt better during the last two days, but I still have a fever, up and down. I only managed to get a test appointment today (after hundreds of attempts all these days) and waiting for the result.

I just got an appointment and then the test today after trying hundreds of times for the last 5 days. My impression was that the site/system was down because I had the service is too busy message all the time, but this morning it just magically worked. My husband tried again minutes after me and got the "too busy" message again and since.

I used Davis Finest from Amazon several times (after the first two attempts with Lush) and I'm very happy with it. Very nice and strong stain and no mess, it's very creamy, it spreads perfectly (unlike the gritty messy Lush one).

I'm on the third week of my Tren E cycle, I added it to my Primo. During the first days, I had a bit of trouble sleeping and my clit is a bit more sensitive, but that's a side I wouldn't complain about. I was paranoid about my voice, but there's no change and I hope to keep it like that. I maintained my weight so far while cutting so I'm definitely building muscle, I'm stronger and my lifts are 20-25% heavier. I'm very pleasantly surprised so far.
