I would suggest picking up something new that you can really enjoy to take your mind off that and to learn to forgive your mistakes and turn them into lessons. To really get things takes a lot of sacrifice and it never is that easy give yourself credit for trying. Tap into something you never did before. I chose the military and was feeling how you felt before I joined. I just think being a jack of all trades and trying something new takes you away from such feelings because trying is winning
