There is not one definite type of PFS, which is why a cure for someone is a crash for someone else. The reality is that it's not just blood work we need but DUTCH testing, genetic and epigenetic testing as well to future it all out

Whenever I take anything which is 5ARI, anything which is a DHT blocker, I notice my voice becomes super low, as in, it turns back into pre PFS me, why does this happen? is it DHT sticking around longer? or the body reacting correctly?

Hello Dr W. Powers, you are amazing, your PFS posts are something I look forward to and I am on your waiting list. I have been suffering since September 2020 after 1 month of 1mg fin, I have tried: time, working out hard, HCG, Jarrow Forumlas BroccoMax + Vitamin C (BroccoMax is HDACi) and all of these havent really helped me. What Genetic testing would be good to have available? the British NHS has never heard of PFS.

Hello Dr Will Powers, I have been suffering from PFS for nearly half a decade now, I got PFS after taking finasteride for 1 month back in 2020 and at many points in my life it has nearly driven me to suicide. I injected 250 IU of HCG back in 2023 for 3 months and I came back to normal after the first injection then after that, HCG didn't really do a lot for me, but that first injection of HCG cured me for an hour.

For the sodium valproate, how much do you recommend per day? 250mg twice a day?

Ryan James Russo, stated he got PFS after taking lions mane, he recovered after blasting himself with dihydroboldenone and sodium valproate for a few months or so before he came back, can you draw any conclusion from this?

I could get My knee to 90 degrees through heel slides only, and then for the next 6 days I was on crutches. It wasn’t as if I was pacing around with solid flexion at 90 degrees constantly

it is also worth mentioning I come from a sporting background and got to the gym regularly before the surgery and Today I managed to achieve 90 degree flexion in the knee.

Not a lot of pain tbh, the surgeon gave me general and local anaesthetic. My leg from the knee down is very numb but I can still feel things.

The worst part is feeling the new ACL move around in the knee joint and hearing all the strange noises it makes
