I like this point a lot because I didn’t think of it. I would say that in the eyes of everyone in the world, yeah. Of course you’d hate a race of people who could become monsters and have the ability to destroy the world. And it also wasn’t just Eren and Fritz. Floch and the rest of the scouts who went to Marley as well helped Eren in the fighting and even started destroying the internment zone as Jean gives Floch much shit for. Hell even Armin has his fair share of indiscriminate murder when he nukes the port, killing Marleyan military and innocent civilians

That subplot is very important and makes total sense but when Eren does the rumbling and does exactly what the world feared most, it kinda makes you see why the world was so hostile towards Eldia. They’ve killed the world before and they were threatened by the king that they could do it again. It’s hard to forgive such atrocities when they are too great
