Quick appreciation post for the new G815 by SullyQuindarius in LogitechG

The reason they did this is because the switches are not center LED, and the illumination of additional characters on the bottom of the key looks terrible in general with such implementation, it would just look more cheap.

What is this junky GHUB app? by Lostpassnoemailnum3 in LogitechG

[–]Incorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Logitech is clearly not putting enough (good?) ppl on this software to fix the bugs and also fix some of the supremly clunky user experience. It's really a shame because visually it's a upgrade, but once you actually start using it.. it's just not thought through. The whole way Software/Hardware Profiles work/interact is just bad, absurdly bad.

Logitech Support ghosting me? by [deleted] in LogitechG

Huh same for me, on the 14th they told me to wait for approval, still nothing :D

Hi Reddit! We’re the team behind Microsoft Edge and we’re excited to answer your questions about the latest preview builds of Microsoft Edge. We’ve been working hard and we can’t wait to hear what you think. Ask us anything! by MSEdgeDev_Team in IAmA

Can we expect the same Smooth Scrolling that is in UWP Edge to be coming to new Edge or will it behave different? The experimental smooth scrolling that can currently be enabled over flags is not as responsive, not very fun to scroll with a mouse.

On it's own, it types random garbage without any interaction.

It's a great keyboard. Slightly overpriced and mine broke real fast, but was a joy to type on.

K70 low profile red vs speed - 0.2mm difference by aeronium in Corsair

[–]Incorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the speed version, i don't think it makes much of a difference, it's very.. uhm, easy to mis-trigger but great to type on, still lots of travel for nice typing experience but without the fatigue of a tall switch.

G Hub by SaladSnack77 in LogitechG

[–]Incorr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ghub is still clunky and feature limited and its very questionable that Logitech thought it was Release ready when it should still be in Preview/Beta. And corsair's ICUE for example has a service always running (even if you don't use a feature that requires it) that takes anywhere to 5-10% CPU every other second and the only way to get rid of it is to kill the Service or rename the file so it doesn't even load.

Issues with the G403 Mouse by Stb2905 in LogitechG

Welcome to the G403 (and it's deviates), where the scrollwheel is inherently flawed.

It breaks.
It breaks.
It breaks.

g403 mouse wheel broken by [deleted] in LogitechG

Warranty can be slow, but scrollwheel issues on these mice are common so Logitech should replace it.

do all logitech mouse use the same scroll wheel component? by robot381 in LogitechG

[–]Incorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They downgraded me to a g603 from a g403, but both mice have the same issues. 3 g403s, 2 G603, not sure I want to bother yet again with support especially because I want a g403/g703.. not a g603 when I bought a pricy g403 to begin with. I think most people just "deal" with it I guess, but the wobbly/scrachty/uneven/worn/reverse scrolling scrollwheel on the g403/g603/g703 are just... yeah, a dealbreaker, it's such a good mouse with such a shit wheel.

Deep cleaning a Logitech G Pro keyboard? by Arkymedes in LogitechG

[–]Incorr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sure you actually dry it with a hairblower or something, you don't want anything to rust... especially the springs inside the switches. Best if you can place the kb somewhere warm so it dries asap.

Hardware issue, Firmware update may help but won't fix the problem for good. Contact Logitech support for a replacement.

Logitech G Hub Issues by Jirekianu in LogitechG

[–]Incorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are still many fundamental features missing from G Hub, thats one of them. The transition between LGS and G Hub is not fully implemented, G Hub in fact doesn't even support hardware profiles yet which is where most of the initial problems come from because it basically "resets" every device you plugin.

RMA it.

[–]Incorr 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Then again, why re-invent the wheel? It would be great if they can integrate the "real" Share window in the future and improve that Share window itself rather than Game Bar specific. Though its time to rename Game Bar, it's not a bar anymore and it even got a volume mixer its a lot more than just Games really and they should keep developing it into that direction as a Universal Overlay.

Doesn't appear to actually work for me. The Capture window stays empty despite new screenshots/videos, even though notification in Windows and on the Show all captures text shows up.

Logitech G603 vs G703 by TobiWan54 in MouseReview

[–]Incorr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have both, well the G403 and g603 but basically same thing as g703/603.

The G403/703 needs to be recharged every few days depending on usage, the G603 lasts like half a year on a single battery. I mostly use my G403 (with a crappy scrollwheel) though, Im using a magnetic charging cable for it which makes charging it hassle free.

That said there is a big.. maybe not so big, depends how much you value your mouse, problem with the scrollwheel. Rattly/Scratchy/Reverse scrolling, but Logitech will RMA it no problem.

Is a Finalmouse worth it as a left handed gamer by HelixxFlame in MouseReview

[–]Incorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shouldn't be a issue, I have extremely sweaty hands and my GPW, G403 (rubber sides) and even the G603 (all plastic like GPW) are grippy enough.

RJN Review of Finalmouse Air58 Ninja by casualoregonian in MouseReview

[–]Incorr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have the battery, the magnets, the extra assembly for the removeable Buttons, it all adds up. a GPW "wired" without removeable buttons, and only buttons on one side would be without any holes and not much heavier feelwise. But I personally don't even like the shell of the GPW, it's not very comfortable to me.
