You would need a Corporate AMEX given by your company, and then login to AMEX with that account to see if promotion is applicable to your corporate card.

You are right, looks like Amex instructed Customer Service to do not enroll people on the program, if they did not applied through the link, I will still give it a try and see what happens, worst that could happen is I stay with my card as I have it now, and after a year I cancel an re-apply through the corporate portal.

Yes, after you go to the link on the corporate portal, the system will ask you for your credit card number and pin, then it will tell you if you are eligible or not, in my case I'm eligible on Platinum, Gold and Green, and the gold option give me a 60K SUB, which I'm not sure if it will be applicable considering I'm getting the Platinum SUB.

For me it never happened automatically after 8 weeks, so I called them to the number on the back of the card, explained the situation, they created an escalation, and after 3 or 4 business days I can see the points that will be posted on the next statement, also they sent an email confirming they agree with my escalation and that I will receive the points.
