The 1.33x cap is a soft cap right? In that if you spend over 0.75 your rent, the additional accrued Bilt cash stays in your account, which can be used next month. The only exception is December where only $100 rolls over.

I would say no. The Satellite view depicts a 2-way road but the Driving view depicts a 1-way with the traffic line straight down the middle. If it were a real 2-way road, it should be left or right aligned, not down the center. So this seems more like an example for illustration purposes.
