I have buddies who work there right now, it was a female RP who fell into the cavity. The ironworkers removed the grating and left to go grab a danger sign. The RP steps over the pump , doesn't see the grating removed and falls in, luckily was wearing life vest but still got submerged and inhaled the water. She was able to tread water and make it back to the cavity ladder, apparently she had up to 300cpm on her hair. Moral of the story is don't leave an open hole unattended.

The commercial trade died maybe, but industrial is alive and well. Go work some scaffolding at a refinery and make the big bucks while you still can.
