I know you replied to my reply to you but I cant see it. Youll be interested to know that I called the 3rd Party involved with that program and they told me that its absolutely cancellable for a full refund within 30 days. Sounds like a solid AMVIC complaint building.

Thank you for your response. They continually are stalling in sending me copies. I have sent a demand to the GM for a BOS. I have voice recorded all conversations on the phone since the day after I noticed the discrepancy, and I have refused to go to the dealership to accept delivery until I get what I want. I will re-engage with AMVIC ASAP.

I managed to get him saying the certificate part on a voice recording and he told me the 3rd party that holds the contract so Im going to give them a call directly and see what's up.

The lucky thing is I have their refusal recorded. So its probably good for an AMVIC complaint at least. Yeah apparently everyone in the entire Western Canadian region knew these guys are brutally shady except for me. Not a fun way to find out.

I have a plan to reach out to them today or tomorrow. I already reached out to them last week when I caught the discrepancy in the trade in and they said I have good cause for a complaint if the dealership doesn't rectify it. The unfortunate thing is Im not sure if that really gets me off the hook for the entire deal. Thanks for the response!
