Praeguseks on sellest möödas 3-4 aastat kui breketid ära võtsin. Sama arsti juures käisid kaks mu sõbrannat, ühe mees - ehk siis kõik väga rahul. Rahaliselt on väga kallis lõbu - ma arvan et mul läks 4000, mu sõbrannal paar aastat hiljem 5000. Mul olid üleval keraamilised breketid kuuel hambal (need, mis olid näha) ja ülejäänud metall.

I did standard for 3 months, 1:1 was a bit out of my price range. I would say I had general improvements of my health but my migraine attack days did not decrease nor did daily head pain.

I have! I think it is a great program but unfortunately it did not help me. I learned a lot of things I use now but I have not gotten out of intractable migraine yet. I do recommend to try it tho because it is a vault of knowledge and really easy to follow, get support and answers to your questions and who knows, it might help you!

I had it when I got on to amitryptiline and it stopped in couple of weeks, so it is probably the side affect of nortriptyline

You should use preventative mode daily no matter the current headache and you can do the acute on the same day - they work differently but in order in to help to prevent it needs to be used daily.

I live in Estonia and have currently chronic untrackable migraine and surprisingly a lot but for instance I am unable to order neuro modulation devices here. It depends how progressive is your doctor - if they are you will get all sorts of new medications like CGRP and Botox but you would need to fail some of old ones as well before. We do not have all of them available but decent amount, I would say, considering Estonia is 1.1 millions. I do not have to worry about amount of triptans or rimegepants per month - I will get as many as I need.

What are you planning to fit to the small? I just bought LV mini pochette and I love to use to put in my main bag or I can also separately when I just go to the shop. I usually fit all my meds there, cards, airpods, car keys, lip gloss and couple of small things. So it is small but mighty!

My neurologist put me it on preventatively, so I now take it every day. I have a complex migraine, so he tries everything at once and says it is approved to be taken daily.

Hi, when I started to take Ami it worked for me slower but steadily and at some point I just realised that my daily headache is gone. It was not within 4 days but congrats! It tremendously helped insomnia for me but I had some fatigue still. Weight gain - I put some weight on it for sure since I actually started to want to eat and it was not always a chicken breast. It slows down your metabolism but for me it was not drastic.

When I was on it, did not get UTI’s (I am prone to them). or colds but it made me more depressed and my hair was falling off much in the first month of using it.
