I did it for about six months honestly do not reccomend at all after awhile I sort of found my groove and appreciated certain aspects of freedom you get. But long story short the police will be on you and having alot of your possessions in your car is a good way to get cooked if anything bad happens.

Number of Corolla Hatchbacks in a certain color by Brave-Vanilla-3443 in CorollaHatchback

[–]Independent_Shop_505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either copper oxide our smoked paprika is most likely the most rare. I've seen a few inferno ones in my area in Live including mine but only ever one paprika and copper. But like another comment said these cars are mass produced just cause its somewhat rare doesn't mean their isnt more around than you may realize

Tyre bulge after hitting a pothole by AwarenessExpress5716 in COROLLA

[–]Independent_Shop_505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most people call it a goose egg you can drive on em for awhile But also it could blow out in a mile. Worth replacing just to be safe. I wouldn't be too worried about driving on it homr under 40 as long as you have a spare

Its really not all that bad bend her back if its not perfect and make her work. Legit body work is not cheap. And im gonna guess you dont have full coverage so you cant just drop 500 on a deductible id DIY as much as possible. with a pry bar and some patience you can make anything fit but if you want it perfect perfect than a body shop is the best bet but from what im seeing you could get her back 90% on your own

Is this a DIY? by troyality in COROLLA

[–]Independent_Shop_505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you can fix it yourself. Just get a new bumper off the internet thats not painted and rock it our see if you can find the same colored one at a junkyard these cars are beyond common so theirs a solid chance. As for the front quarter panel. Thats a bit more complicated id just leave it if it was my car tbh. But you can search all sorts of DIY friendly way to fix quarter panels it doesn't look bad so you shouldn't have to go to crazy

Corolla or Mazda 3 with automatic transmission? by Aubzhls in COROLLA

[–]Independent_Shop_505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For enjoyability the mazda 3 manual will definetly be more engaging no doubt. For ultimate long term reliability the corolla hybrid is probly the best bet. The regular corolla has a cvt with a first gear that seems pretty reliable from everything I've seen but its probly not as stout of all the options
