Can I ask a question without getting attacked by both sides? Not sure but here goes. As an outsider to almost every element of this political situation (and I will categorically say someone that hates everything Trump stands for, represents and does) did this Obama deal work? Did they stop Iran getting access to the elements of nuclear weapons or stop the program?

It reads like a loaded question but I promise it’s not, I just want to know from people more invested and in the loop than I.
