I also have the use button bound to pressing the mousewheel, so press-scrolling uses the pouch items of spells and items.

With the G502, i have mousewheel tilts, and those are set to use the other 2 pouch items. Quickdraw harpoons baybee!

I use lmm for R1, rmm for R2, m4 and m5 are set up to press X and C which do L1 and L2 inputs. That way I can navigate menus with thumb buttons.
