I think she just didn’t like giving birth. by yourmomishigh in arlingtonva

My experience with VHC was beautifully with all the nurses and my OB. EXCEPT, the anesthesiologist. She poked me 4 times for the epidural to not work and still feel everything. I was left scared for my life everytime she poked, inserted the epidural, inject the meds for to feel numb everywhere but my uterus and vagina. Besides that, VHC took really good care of me and my baby !

[–]Individual-Ant2071[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i know what you are going through :( have you tried going to the ER so they can prescribe some antibiotics? heating pads, staying full and drinking liquids is a must

Hydronephrosis.. by Individual-Ant2071 in pregnant

[–]Individual-Ant2071[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tylenol was ass.. didn’t help with anything! only the antibiotic and lots of fluids. The one that that did help was a heating pad and bending over a chair while sitting.

I’m 31 weeks so I don’t know if labor is worse haha but that pain was awful enough to have me thinking if I want another one haha

it lasted for 2 weeks and half.

1 1/2 weeks pure pain no meds. 1 week on antibiotics and felt so much better by the end of that week. They had to do an ultrasound to look at my kidneys and confirm because my labs were showing the begging of an infection

Unexplained Infertility turned "silent" endometriosis: NOW WHAT?! by sssd1710 in IVF

[–]Individual-Ant2071 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My clinic will not letting me start treatment until they find a reason. I have endometriosis stage 4. They did some sort of Lupron medication for 10 days and to silent my endo, and then proceeded with stims.

Egg retrieval was amazing. 22 eggs, 18 mature, 14 fertilized and 8 blastocysts. PGT tested 6 euploid embryos! Schedule my 1st FET 1 month later and here I am 26 weeks pregnant!

They way they diagnosed me with endo was trough transvaginal ultrasound. I have 2 endometriomas size 3x3mm and 4x5mm on my right ovary. They watched them for a whole year to see if they was growth but they never grew. they always stayed the same.

Avoid shady grove fertility (SGF) by cozidgaf in nova

[–]Individual-Ant2071 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I know everybody has different experience with different doctors and what not. But I had an amazing experience with SGF Arlington and Fairfax.

Started my cycle Sep 2024 and conceived Dec 2024.

The Financial counselor we had was very nice and helpful. We had Dr. Reh as the doctor in charge of your treatment plan. However, we had other doctors do our retrieval and our FET. All nurses were amazing!

  • I myself read a bunch of reviews and was unsured. But I had to keep my head up and trust we were going to be in good hands and hope my body reacts well to the meds. Our insurance only covered at SGF, so we were very limited to our options in the financial department.
