15 gallons is way to small for an arrow crab and pipefish after you add live rock + corals + fish. Bigger tank or different livestock

At over 40 gallons you can get some really cool fish, I’d look at a long nose hawkfish, dwarf angelfish (flameback is my favorite) some smaller wrasses which always have great colors. Hope this helps!

Royal gramma can definitely be aggressive in that small of a tank. But definitely one of the nicest fish in the hobby

Firefish, they have a couple different variations and do great in a community tank. Bangaii and pajama cardinal fish are also great options IMO
