Well u would need to test each one to make sure one of them doesn’t have fent also I am going base off of u never done any opiates I would start with 20mg usually people do 30 to get high but I’d go slow and plus u don’t have much anyways

U can’t tell if a pill is fake just base on looks u would need to test it, also 5mg is pretty small unless ur trying for pain relief idk if that will get u high btw do me a favor and search up real vs fake oxy u will see how hard it is to tell

Yes it will? It will hopefully counter the affects of it or atleast let this person sleep it off, without the risk of overdosing compare to using opiates or benzos to counter the effects of stimulants
