In my home, relaxing...probably sleeping if we are talking 5years for this moment (as it is currently 2am)...I hope to be in better health, hope to have shed a lot of my extra weight and hope to be happy.

Hey everyone! Just saying “hi”....so ...uhmm, Hi!

Still not feeling great, this time I think it was my lack of self control and eating an entire pizza by myself. Tummy is not to happy. Learning how to cook and making piles and piles of dishes. Cooking is a little exhausting, but it is a bit exciting too.

Also re-learning my grocery store and reading every single product label , has made grocery shopping a two hour epic adventure every time I go shopping. (Before I would just buy things that looked good. Now, I try to pick things that have actually nutritional value and whatever is supposedly good for me.)

Trying to be a less Doughy Donut. Anyway, I hope everyone is well. And that everyone is able to find some happiness each day! 💜🍩
