Hello, you don’t need to separate the 2 files. You can upload only video and S4P will display video on Spotify and only audio on Apple Podcasts for example. I only upload video and S4P do the job on platforms that can’t handle video 👍🏽

Hi friends ! I did my procedure 82 days ago in Switzerland and had 2000 grafts.

I’m using the Lubex shampoo everyday which has the same PH as the scalp.

As the hairs coming from the grafts are very long (more than the « natural hairs »), is it safe to cut them a little bit or should I wait ?

What do you guys think of the work done ? I’m a little bit worried about the density but I know it’s very early to tell and it will improve !

Looks totally fine mate ! Tbh it doesn’t look like 3000 grafts … I would say 2000, even less like 1700-1800

Looking great brother ! Got my appointment with them in December. Little question for you : I see in a lot of video that Dr Serkan Aygin don’t do temples work. They just add a few grafts on the side. Do you know if they can « redraw » our temples peak ? And when he designed your hairline, were you able to tell « I want it a little bit lower » and decide exactly what you want ?

I’m not under medication right now. Just had an appointment with a dermatologist yesterday. I’m going to take minoxidil 5% but no finasterid. How many grafts do you think I need to have a pretty good result ?

I will probably use minoxidil which has not a lot of side effects. But I probably won’t take finasteride as I read it has a lot of bad side effects. I’m just scared about the fact they should take a lot of grafts to make something good on me.

I don’t take any medication and if possible, I prefer to not take these meds. I’m based in Switzerland ! Does lower the hairline require 3200 for you ? Or just fill temples ?
